What is ��è��Ƶal Recognition and why is it needed?

If you want to enter a university in Russia, the significance of a document about your previous education must be confirmed - a school certificate, a university diploma.

The recognition procedure is often confused with the legalization procedure. During the legalization procedure, it is confirmed that your document was issued in accordance with the laws of your state, and that the seal and signature on it are genuine.

During the recognition procedure, it is confirmed that the document belongs to you, that it is genuine, and also that it entitles you to enter the NRU BelSU.

If you are going to study at NRU "BelSU", you can go through the recognition procedure at our university at the Regional ��è��Ƶal and Methodological Center (RUMC) "Expert Center for Evaluation of Foreign Documents on ��è��Ƶ"

If you are going to study at another university, then you should contact the “National Information Center for the Recognition of ��è��Ƶ and (or) Qualifications, Academic Degrees and Titles Obtained in a Foreign State” in Moscow

What documents need?

1. Application. Application forms can be obtained at the RMC of the National Research University "BelSU" upon personal contact.
2. Passport. After the application is accepted, it is returned to the applicant.
3. Copy of the passport.
4. Notarized translation of a copy of the passport.
5. Original document on education.
6. Copy of the document on education.
7. Notarized translation education document.
8. Original supplement to the document of education
9. Copy of the annex to the document on education.
10. Notarized translation attachments to the document on education

Depending on the country of issue of the document, legalization/apostille of the education document may be required.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

At BelSU the cost of the procedure for recognizing a foreign education or qualification is 3,800 rubles.

Application dates and deadlines

All applicants entering bachelor's and specialist's degree programs (with the exception of scholarship students) are required to:

• submit all required documents: 1 Jun – 10 Jul.
• Pass entrance exams: 11 Jul – 25 Jul.

All applicants applying for a master's degree (with the exception of scholarship students) are required to:

• submit all required documents: 1 Jun – 4 Aug.  
• pass entrance exams: 5 Aug – 11 Aug.

All postgraduate students are required to:

• submit all required documents: 1 Jun – 10 Jul.
• pass entrance exams: 11 Aug – 16 Aug.

All applicants applying for a residence permit are required to:

• submit all required documents: 1 Jun – 4 Aug.  
• pass entrance exams: 4 Aug – 15 Aug.
