The Summit of Student Leaders of SCO countries took place in the end of August in Barnaul. It is the first international event for students’ leaders, organized by Shanghai Cooperation Organization.  

BelSu was represented by 4^th year students, activists of BelSU student scientific community Yulia Golovina and Sophia Perunova as part of students’ unions development program.

The key events of the Summit were:

- education pannels: “��è��Ƶ quality: reload” and @Strategic development of the organization: idea, planning, target audience, marketing support”;

- round-table conference “Development of international students cooperation in SCO”

- presentation of students’ projects.

At the Summit, participants and experts discussed the problems of education, pluses and minuses of Bologna education system, problems and perspective of cooperation between SCO member universities and creation of united informational space. As a result, the participants decided to create a coordination board of SCO countries’ students organization.

“At the Summit we manages to establish contacts with student unions of  Samara State Aerospace University, Novosibirsk State University, Novosibirsk State Technical University, Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Music and Theater, Orenburg State Agrarian University and Kemerov State Medical Academy”, - said the chairman of BelSU Student Scientific Union Yana Skachkova.
