Create for the benefit of Russian education
Annual award of Nikolai Ryzhkov "Creation" was established for the preservation and development of cultural, scientific-technical, production, economic potential of the Belgorod region, to foster social, humanitarian, and creation of favorable conditions for new scientific discoveries and creative achievements.

The prize is awarded in several categories. The regional Commission for the annually award of prizes determines the best participants in science, technology, innovation and humanitarian activities. The principal of the Belgorod State University, professor Oleg Polukhin became the winner in the nomination "For achievements in the humanitarian and social sphere".
