Students, undergraduates, graduate students, young scientists, and, of course, teachers, the practicing lawyers, scientists, representatives of authorities and law enforcement agencies became conferees. In BelSU the forum is held within implementation of the program of student's associations development.

Guests of honor were presented by the director of BelSU Institute of Law, professor Evgeny Tonkov. On behalf of the rector of BelSU, professor Oleg Polukhin vice rector for study and IT Alexander Mamatov greeted participants and noted that the Institute of Law has nice traditions, and student's legal consulting center is one of them.

“I wish Institute of Law and our guests productive conference, exchange of experience and skills improvement”, – he said.

The member of Public chamber of the Russian Federation, the deputy of the Belgorod city council of deputies Mikhail Bazhinov also noted the importance of legal centers and, speaking about his experience as the lawyer, advised students to always improve the skills, to be able to hear the client.

During the plenary session reports which were submitted by the famous scientists and the practicing lawyers of Russia were heard and discussed. The Forum will end on December 1.
