The Russian Championship (personal) in shooting small-caliber weapons and All-Russian competitions in shooting from pneumatic weapons were held in the Moscow region from July 28 to August 4. Belgorod region was represented by 13 athletes – five boys and eight girls. Alexandra Nikolayenko’s performance was a success. A representative of the sports school of the Olympic Reserve No. 1 in Belgorod, a student of BNRU Institute of Law brought two medals from the competition. At the Russian Championship (shooting from a small-caliber pistol with 50 m), the athlete became the third. Alexandra scored 539 points.

Alexandra Nikolayenko won the bronze medal at the All-Russian competitions (shooting five-shot pneumatic pistol) with 12 points.
