The project has been realized with assistance of Interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the State Parties of CIS. The events in which experts from Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary and Bulgaria have participated, have taken place on eight platforms which were among: Executive committee of the CIS, the House of Moscow cultural business center, Academy of management at the president of Republic of Belarus, the Russian center of science and culture in Minsk, etc.

At the school panel sections on topical issues, lectures of the famous experts, round tables and a strategic debate, meetings with representatives of state bodies, interactive trainings and seminars have taken place.

Results of research work in the field of the international integration and public administration of department of social technologies have been presented by the manager of department Victor Sapryka and the associate professor of social technologies Oleg Bykhtin at a plenary session "The Eurasian Economic Union: regional aspect" and also in Executive committee of the CIS. The teacher of Cultural and Political Science Department Roman Travin has participated in a panel discussion "The potential of realization of public diplomacy on space of the CIS’ State Parties of the ".

During the forum the teacher of BelSU Social Technologies Department Galina Gaydukova together with professor, the Doctor of Economics of BSTU Irina Novikova has given the open lecture "Economic Cooperation of the CIS Countries" at the Belarusian technological university.

The Russian center of culture and sciences (Minsk) has hosted the teleconference with BelSU due to the international scientific and practical conference "Management in the 21st Century".

“The conference helps to unite Minsk and Belgorod, - Victor Sapryka said. – The Russian and Belarusian scientists have discussed achievements in the field of the public and municipal administration, have shared experience and presented the newest administrative solutions of the countries of the Union State.
