The first impulse for development of the enterprise founded in 2012, was an invention of measurement system for monitoring of technical condition of difficult natural and technical systems and creation of the software of "Stvol". These developments became demanded in the sphere of especially dangerous and unique objects.

Underground vertical stems of Kmaruda plant became one of the first objects where the know-how has shown the advantage.

«Our system includes the sensors measuring a number of parameters, generally the deformations, - the director of Geostroymonitoring, the associate professor of applied geology and mining of BelSU Evgeny Vorobyov said. – Then we process information by means of our software and estimate the intense deformed condition of objects».

Development of professor Sergey Sergeyev, associate professor Evgeny Vorobyov and the research associate Alexey Zinchenko allows to define zones of risk and as a result – to avoid negative consequences in the future. Not only the enterprises of the Belgorod region are interested in services of the BelSU innovative enterprise. Developments of researchers were also useful to "Gremyachinsky GOK" (Volgograd region). Geostroymonitoring is also engaged in architectural and construction engineering design of buildings.
